How important is it to be consistent with brand assets?
With so many people out there rarely in the market for your product or service at any one time, it is critical that you create and use your brand assets (including Logo, colours, iconography, tone of voice, sound signature, jingle etc) consistently to help customers recall your brand when they actually are in market.
How much experience do you have in Advertising and Design?
While the collective experience of the people involved in creating ideas for TGU’s clients is incredibly high, it is also fluid as we bring in people to work on specific projects based on their experience and only when needed. When it comes to TGU’s founder, Cam Mitchell, he has spent over 30 years creating and enhancing existing brands while helping them communicate their story to a diverse audience across almost every category and industry.
How does a brand stand out in these days of mass media proliferation?
Brands can stand out across an ever increasing range of media channels by not being in every single one of them. They need to know their audience and what’s important to them, be easy to remember and always stay focussed on helping meet their customer’s needs, all while telling their unique story well. In short, be authentic and give people a reason to remember you positively.
